Please note that all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be given.

Damaged Items

MyBabyBerries procedures is to check items before delivery to customers to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find the item(s) delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at babyberries@rocketmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will try our best to resolve your issues per case by case basis. Please note that all of our products are US imports and any resolution on damaged products may take awhile with our US suppliers.
